{"id":1744,"date":"2022-03-31T08:13:42","date_gmt":"2022-03-31T08:13:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fge.usthb.dz\/?page_id=1744"},"modified":"2022-04-03T10:31:08","modified_gmt":"2022-04-03T10:31:08","slug":"repartition-budgetaire","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/fge.usthb.dz\/index.php\/repartition-budgetaire\/","title":{"rendered":"R\u00e9partition Budg\u00e9taire"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong><em>Crit\u00e8res de r\u00e9partition du budget<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>DOCTORANTS<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/fge.usthb.dz\/csfei\/local\/cache-vignettes\/L8xH11\/puce-32883.gif?1646833752\" alt=\"-\" width=\"8\" height=\"11\">&nbsp;Vu la circulaire N\u00b0 2 du 14 06 2017, les doctorants non-salaris peuvent b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d\u2019un d\u00e9part en stage.<br><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/fge.usthb.dz\/csfei\/local\/cache-vignettes\/L8xH11\/puce-32883.gif?1646833752\" alt=\"-\" width=\"8\" height=\"11\">&nbsp;La s\u00e9lection des candidats, justifiant au minimum de deux inscriptions successives, se fait sur proposition du directeur de th\u00e8se et par le conseil du laboratoire de recherche.<br><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/fge.usthb.dz\/csfei\/local\/cache-vignettes\/L8xH11\/puce-32883.gif?1646833752\" alt=\"-\" width=\"8\" height=\"11\">&nbsp;Le PV du Conseil de Laboratoire est fournis avec le dossier de candidatures.<br><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/fge.usthb.dz\/csfei\/local\/cache-vignettes\/L8xH11\/puce-32883.gif?1646833752\" alt=\"-\" width=\"8\" height=\"11\">&nbsp; R\u00e9partition \u00e9quitaible par laboratoire&nbsp;: nombre de stages par laboratoire \u00e0&nbsp;d\u00e9finir apr\u00e8s notification du budget PFD 2017 de la FEI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>CONDITIONS DE D\u00c9PART EN FORMATION<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1. Crit\u00e8res de r\u00e9partition<\/strong><br><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/fge.usthb.dz\/csfei\/local\/cache-vignettes\/L8xH11\/puce-32883.gif?1646833752\" alt=\"-\" width=\"8\" height=\"11\">&nbsp;La r\u00e9partition du budget entre les quatre d\u00e9partements se fera sur le mod\u00e8le de r\u00e9partition adopt\u00e9 par le rectorat vis \u00e0&nbsp;vis des facult\u00e9s (au prorata du nombre d&#8217;enseignants de rang magistral et de doctorants r\u00e9inscrits pour l&#8217;ann\u00e9e 2018).<br><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/fge.usthb.dz\/csfei\/local\/cache-vignettes\/L8xH11\/puce-32883.gif?1646833752\" alt=\"-\" width=\"8\" height=\"11\">&nbsp;R\u00e9partition par d\u00e9partement puis une cagnotte commune en fonction du bilan au mois de septembre 2017.<br><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/fge.usthb.dz\/csfei\/local\/cache-vignettes\/L8xH11\/puce-32883.gif?1646833752\" alt=\"-\" width=\"8\" height=\"11\">&nbsp; A partir du mois d&#8217;octobre, la priorit\u00e9 sera donn\u00e9e au d\u00e9partement n&#8217;ayant pas \u00e9puis\u00e9 son budget, au premier d\u00e9part et \u00e0&nbsp;la conf\u00e9rence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Nombre et organisation des d\u00e9parts<\/strong><br><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/fge.usthb.dz\/csfei\/local\/cache-vignettes\/L8xH11\/puce-32883.gif?1646833752\" alt=\"-\" width=\"8\" height=\"11\">&nbsp; La facult\u00e9 prend en charge un d\u00e9part au choix pour le rang magistral (Prof. et MCA)&nbsp;: un stage de 07 jours au maximum dans un laboratoire de recherche ou 05 jours au maximum pour une conf\u00e9rence scientifique.<br><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/fge.usthb.dz\/csfei\/local\/cache-vignettes\/L8xH11\/puce-32883.gif?1646833752\" alt=\"-\" width=\"8\" height=\"11\">&nbsp;Les crit\u00e8res du PFD de l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2018 sont <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/fge.usthb.dz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/criteres_pfd2018.pdf\">ici<\/a><\/strong><br><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/fge.usthb.dz\/csfei\/local\/cache-vignettes\/L8xH11\/puce-32883.gif?1646833752\" alt=\"-\" width=\"8\" height=\"11\">&nbsp; Un d\u00e9part pour les enseignants de rang MB, MAA et MAB est accord\u00e9.<br><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/fge.usthb.dz\/csfei\/local\/cache-vignettes\/L8xH11\/puce-32883.gif?1646833752\" alt=\"-\" width=\"8\" height=\"11\">&nbsp; Le dossier de stage doit \u00e8tre d\u00e9pos\u00e9 deux mois au maximum ( le mois courant plus deux mois) et un mois au minimum avant le d\u00e9part .<br><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/fge.usthb.dz\/csfei\/local\/cache-vignettes\/L8xH11\/puce-32883.gif?1646833752\" alt=\"-\" width=\"8\" height=\"11\">&nbsp; Les enseignants doivent respecter les dates de d\u00e9part au stage. Tout changement ne peut se faire qu\u2019avec l\u2019accord de l\u2019administration avec justificatifs.<br><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/fge.usthb.dz\/csfei\/local\/cache-vignettes\/L8xH11\/puce-32883.gif?1646833752\" alt=\"-\" width=\"8\" height=\"11\">&nbsp; Le remplacement doit \u00e8tre effectif.<br><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/fge.usthb.dz\/csfei\/local\/cache-vignettes\/L8xH11\/puce-32883.gif?1646833752\" alt=\"-\" width=\"8\" height=\"11\">&nbsp; P\u00e9riode des stages&nbsp;: durant la p\u00e9riode de d\u00e9lib\u00e9rations le d\u00e9parts en stage sont exclus pour les responsables de module.<br><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/fge.usthb.dz\/csfei\/local\/cache-vignettes\/L8xH11\/puce-32883.gif?1646833752\" alt=\"-\" width=\"8\" height=\"11\">&nbsp; Le d\u00e9part massifs par laboratoire pour une m\u00e8me conf\u00e9rence ne sera pas pris en charge, sans le PV du conseil de Laboratoire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Montant maximal du billet<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/fge.usthb.dz\/csfei\/local\/cache-vignettes\/L8xH11\/puce-32883.gif?1646833752\" alt=\"-\" width=\"8\" height=\"11\">&nbsp; Un d\u00e9part&nbsp;: maximum 130 000 DA<br><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/fge.usthb.dz\/csfei\/local\/cache-vignettes\/L8xH11\/puce-32883.gif?1646833752\" alt=\"-\" width=\"8\" height=\"11\">&nbsp; La prise en charge de l&#8217;escale interne n&#8217;est pas assur\u00e9e<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4. Liste des conf\u00e9rences non prises en charge pour l&#8217;ann\u00e9e civile 2017<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Les membres du CSF informent les enseignant-chercheurs de ne pas d\u00e9poser de dossiers de candidature pour\u00a0:<\/em><br><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"8\" height=\"11\" src=\"https:\/\/fge.usthb.dz\/csfei\/local\/cache-vignettes\/L8xH11\/puce-32883.gif?1646833752\" alt=\"-\">\u00a0 les conf\u00e9rences WSEAS, Enformatika, WASET, SETIT, ICEEDT, MEDISYS, EMS (European Modeling and Simulation) et TERAGREEN<br><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"8\" height=\"11\" src=\"https:\/\/fge.usthb.dz\/csfei\/local\/cache-vignettes\/L8xH11\/puce-32883.gif?1646833752\" alt=\"-\">\u00a0 toute conf\u00e9rence sans comit\u00e9 de lecture international sauf exception laiss\u00e9e \u00e0\u00a0l&#8217;appr\u00e9ciation des CSD.<br><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"8\" height=\"11\" src=\"https:\/\/fge.usthb.dz\/csfei\/local\/cache-vignettes\/L8xH11\/puce-32883.gif?1646833752\" alt=\"-\">\u00a0Les conf\u00e9rences doivent \u00e8tre th\u00e9matiques et non multidisciplinaires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5.
